For customers within New Zealand, all jobs must be submitted through a trade professional or ECU fix. We will no longer be trading directly with vehicle owners or the general public. This change has been in the works for a while, and it allows us to fully focus on delivering diagnostic support, fast turnaround, and rock-solid repair confidence to our trade partners across New Zealand — workshops, auto sparkies, and mechanics. Previously, we operated with both retail and trade pricing, but moving forward, we are scrapping retail altogether so we can be hyper-focused on supporting the trade with the best possible service.
