That’s why we’ve invested in a fully automated robotic BGA rework station. It allows us to precisely remove and replace BGA chips in-house, ensuring reliable repairs and extending the life of your electronic modules.

As part of our BGA rework process, we use X-ray inspection to check for shorts, misalignment, or soldering issues under the chip—where you can't see with the naked eye.
Even though our robotic placement is highly precise, this non-destructive testing step ensures everything is perfect before power-up. It’s all part of delivering a quality, reliable repair.

Open circuit or shorted coils? No problem. We carefully match the original wire gauge, count the turns, and rewind the entire coil to restore it to spec and full functionality.
In many cases, replacement assemblies aren’t available—so we custom-build what’s needed to complete the repair. This includes everything from throttle bodies and transmission solenoids to hydraulic valves and other magnetically actuated parts.
