Service Overview
This service covers repair and cloning of Audi electronic steering rack modules. These units control the electronic power steering system, and when faulty, common issues include:

  • No communication with diagnostic tools

  • Loss of steering assist / steering warning light on dash

  • Internal control faults logged in memory

  • Immobiliser/data mismatch after module swap

Cloning Service
If your original module is unrepairable, we can clone all data (immobiliser, configuration, coding) from your faulty unit into a donor/replacement module. Benefits include:

  • Plug-and-play replacement (no dealer coding required)

  • Vehicle retains original settings and calibration

  • Cost-effective solution compared to dealer new part

Process

  1. Send us your faulty module and a donor unit (if available).

  2. Our technicians extract and securely transfer the data.

  3. The donor unit is verified and returned ready to install.

  • Please package both original and donor modules securely.
