No Power-Up | Intermittent or Dead Gauge Motors | 2003–2007
This is a repair service for Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Ford F-250-style instrument clusters (U.S. platforms), which commonly suffer from intermittent gauge motor failure or complete power loss to the cluster. These issues are often caused by failing stepper motors, dry solder joints, or power regulation faults.
Common Symptoms Repaired:
No power to the cluster when ignition is on
One or more gauges stuck or not responding (speedometer, RPM, fuel, temp)
Gauges jump, sweep erratically, or intermittently stop working
Backlighting works but gauges do not
