Chevy GMC Silverado / F250 Instrument Cluster Repair

No Power-Up | Intermittent or Dead Gauge Motors | 2003–2007

This is a repair service for Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Ford F-250-style instrument clusters (U.S. platforms), which commonly suffer from intermittent gauge motor failure or complete power loss to the cluster. These issues are often caused by failing stepper motors, dry solder joints, or power regulation faults.

Common Symptoms Repaired:

  • No power to the cluster when ignition is on

  • One or more gauges stuck or not responding (speedometer, RPM, fuel, temp)

  • Gauges jump, sweep erratically, or intermittently stop working

  • Backlighting works but gauges do not

  • Cluster resets or flickers while driving

What We Do:

  • Replace all faulty or weak stepper motors with upgraded OEM-grade versions

  • Diagnose and repair power circuit faults and broken solder joints

  • Test and verify gauge accuracy and full cluster operation

  • Optional: LED backlight upgrades or mileage display fixes (on request)

Applies To:

  • Chevy Silverado / Tahoe / Suburban (2003–2007)

  • GMC Sierra / Yukon

  • Some Ford F-250/F-350-style clusters with similar GM internals
(Please provide photo or part number for exact compatibility)

Turnaround Time: 2–4 business days
