These Dodge clusters use an Electroluminescent (EL) backlight film that provides a smooth, even glow across the gauge face. Over time, this film can crack, fade, or fail due to constant heat exposure from the dash and age-related degradation.

Our Process

Disassembly: The instrument cluster is carefully opened to access the damaged EL backlight panel.

Replacement: The entire backlight assembly is removed and replaced with a new film designed to match the original brightness and colour.

Testing: Each unit is reassembled and fully tested to confirm consistent and reliable illumination across all gauges.
