DQ200 Transmission Control Module – Internal Speed Sensor Replacement
This is a precision component-level repair service for the DQ200 TCM, specifically addressing internal speed sensor failures—not the more commonly seen communication faults.
Please remove the TCM from the Valve body.
We would charge Extra to remove this for you
In this repair, we:

Replace the internal speed sensors responsible for gear detection and shifting precision

Bench test the unit before and after repair to confirm the fault and validate the repair

Perform preventative control module upgrades while inside, helping avoid future known failure modes
This service ensures your DQ200 gearbox operates reliably and smoothly well into the future.
Note: This is a repair service – the TCM must be sent in to us for repair.
