c DQ250 Transmission Control Module (02E Mechatronic) – Repair Service
IMPORTANT NOTE
Do not remove the TCM from the valve body for this TCM. Doing so will cause further damages and potentially destroy the TCM!
We still require you to remove the valve body for other TCM repairs
Description: This service covers the full rebuild and restoration of your existing DQ250 TCM (Control Module). The DQ250, commonly found in Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat vehicles, is a complex transmission controller integrated with the valve body (mechatronic assembly).
At Get Electronic, our process goes far beyond a basic repair. We perform a complete electronic rebuild — not a patch-up.
Our Process
Data Backup: We extract and safely back up all critical control data, including transmission parameters, VIN ID, and immobiliser info.
Disassembly: We carefully cut open the housing and remove all internal electronics.
Replacement Board: We install a brand-new control board inside your original enclosure, preserving fitment and sealing.
Reprogramming: We reload your original calibration and VIN data so the rebuilt module remains plug and play ready.
Testing: Each unit is verified on our in-house test bench to confirm full functionality before dispatch.
Turnaround & Notes
Typical diagnostic time: 48 hours from arrival.
DO NOT REMOVE THE VALVE BODY - THE TOP ASSEMBLY DOES NOT REMOVE
