This is a repair service for Ford Falcon instrument clusters suffering from no communication (COMS) issues, where diagnostic tools cannot connect to the cluster and vehicle data is not transmitted correctly over the CAN or serial bus.
Common Symptoms Repaired:

Diagnostic scan tool cannot communicate with the cluster

Dash gauges are inactive or frozen

Warning lights remain on or do not illuminate

CAN bus or serial communication line fault codes

Vehicle starts and runs but cluster appears "offline"
What We Do:

Diagnose internal communication faults on the PCB

Repair or replace transceiver ICs, CAN line filters, or power regulation components

Inspect for broken tracks, moisture damage, or overheated areas

Bench test for restored communication and gauge response
Important Notes:

Approximately 80% of clusters with this fault can be successfully repaired.
If the unit is non-repairable, a diagnostic assessment fee of $150 + GST will apply to cover inspection and handling.
