This is a repair service for the engine control unit (ECU) found in the Isuzu Bighorn

These ECUs are prone to several faults, but one of the most critical and commonly reported issues is the engine running at full throttle unexpectedly or not going on to full throttle — a dangerous and serious failure caused by internal circuit faults.

Common Symptoms Include:

  • Engine surging or running at full throttle with no pedal input
  • Unstable idle or erratic RPM
  • Engine light on with throttle position-related fault codes
  • No response to accelerator input
