Landover Discovery Headlight repair

This service covers the repair of the Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) on Land Rover Discovery headlight assemblies.

⚠️ Please Note:
To access the internal components, we cut off the main lens cleanly rather than attempting to separate the original factory bond, which is extremely difficult to remove without damage. After the repair, the lens is securely reattached using our tested method to ensure a clean finish and durability.

🛠️ Turnaround Time: Approximately 1.5 weeks from the time we receive your unit.

Headlight Repair Disclosure

Please note: All headlight repairs incur a minimum assessment fee of $500 + GST. This covers the cost of safely cutting open and assessing the headlight unit using a specialist plastic welding and sealing service.

This fee applies regardless of the repair outcome, including situations where:

• No fault is found after full assessment

• The unit is deemed beyond repair

• The process of opening or assessing the headlight results in further damage

• The customer decides not to proceed after the assessment

This fee is necessary due to the specialist tooling, time, and outsourced plastic work required to open, reseal, and restore these assemblies.
