Headlight LED Repair & Rebuild Service

This is a full headlamp rebuild service where we completely disassemble the entire unit to repair or replace faulty LEDs.

We:

• Heat and carefully remove the lens

• Strip down the internal components of the headlight

• Access the LED control segment

• Remove the LED strips from the heatsinks

• Replace the defective LEDs

• Fully reassemble and seal the unit

This service restores full brightness and function to your headlight without the high cost of a replacement. Each unit is tested before and after repair to ensure performance.

Headlight Repair Disclosure

Please note: All headlight repairs incur a minimum assessment fee of $500 + GST. This covers the cost of safely cutting open and assessing the headlight unit using a specialist plastic welding and sealing service.

This fee applies regardless of the repair outcome, including situations where:

• No fault is found after full assessment

• The unit is deemed beyond repair

• The process of opening or assessing the headlight results in further damage

• The customer decides not to proceed after the assessment

This fee is necessary due to the specialist tooling, time, and outsourced plastic work required to open, reseal, and restore these assemblies.
