International Customers:
When sending a unit from overseas, please declare it as “Repair and Return” with a low customs value (around $100 USD) to avoid unnecessary import fees. - All Repair Prices are quoted in NZD
This is a repair service for Quattro Caravan Mover systems where the remote is unable to pair with the main control unit.
Common symptoms include no response from the controller, failed pairing attempts, or intermittent connectivity. We diagnose the fault, repair the main control board or remote as required, and re-test for successful communication between units.
All repairs include a full system check and come with a 12-month warranty.
Note: This is a repair service – the faulty system must be sent in for repair.
