International Customers:
When sending a unit from overseas, please declare it as “Repair and Return” with a low customs value (around $100 USD) to avoid unnecessary import fees. - All Repair Prices are quoted in NZD
This is a repair service to replace faulty or broken digitizers on these radio units.
Faults include failing to respond to touch, or totally broken/destroyed cracked screens etc.
Please note, if the LCD behind is also damaged, we do also have parts in stock. However will have to quote for the display replacement as well. Please call us if your LCD is damaged.
