This is a bench testing service for turbo actuators, including both electronic and vacuum-controlled units, used in a wide range of passenger, commercial, and performance vehicles. If you're unsure whether your actuator is faulty or if a turbo-related fault code is present, this service provides a clear answer before replacement.

What We Test:

  • Electronic turbo actuators (Hella, Garrett, etc.)

  • Vacuum actuators with position sensors

  • Position feedback and motor control accuracy

  • Actuator range, stalling, or jamming

  • Signal response and CAN/LIN communication (where applicable)

Service Includes:

  • Functional testing on dedicated actuator test equipment

  • Simulation of boost demand and feedback conditions

  • Report on actuator health and recommendations for repair or replacement
