How Long do repairs Take

Repair times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue, parts availability, and the type of system being repaired. In most cases, repairs are completed within 48 hours. However, we prefer to under-promise and over-deliver, so we typically estimate up to one week when discussing timelines over the phone. This approach ensures we manage expectations and provide a buffer for unforeseen delays, giving you peace of mind while we work to restore your Customers module.

Sometimes, despite our best efforts and expertise, a module may be too damaged to repair. In such cases, even if we’ve spent many hours diagnosing and attempting to fix the issue, the cost to you will simply revert to our minimum assessment fee of $150 + GST—and that’s it! We believe in being fair and transparent, so you’ll never be charged beyond that if repair isn’t possible.

Electronics is electronics to us! If it’s got a PCB inside, we’re more than eager to take a look and get it sorted. While we can’t possibly list the thousands of units we’ve repaired on our website, the most common repairs are showcased as a general guide to popular issues.
